'Eva' came from a lovely litter of 6 strong and healthy babies, all very similar in type - this lead to quite a dilemma when it came to choose between her and her sister! They were equally appealing and we were literally making our minds up on the day her sister left! We had lost Eva's maternal great grandma only a few months earlier and Eva had an uncanny likeness to her which swung the decision in the end. It was a case of heart winning over head as her sister was a lovely puppy who I was also very drawn to. However, every time Eva looked at us, we could see 'Button' and she just had to stay!

Eva took the show scene by storm when she first appeared, at just over 2 years old, coming out for some 'show training' - culminating in winning Best Bitch, Reserve BOB and Reserve BOB at Midland Collie Club's Open Show 27th July 2025 under Fay Hutchings! She then went on to win her first CC BOB and BIS at East Anglian Collie Association Ch Show on  3rd August under Jan Milligan followed by her second CC BOB and BIS at Collie Club of Wales Ch Show 16th August under Louise Bartolo. She then gained her final CC with BOB under Brian Hawkins at City of Birmingham Ch Show 28th August - dreams do come true!
