Our first taste of a dog show was quite a while before we had a dog. My uncle had two German Shepherd Dogs, both males, whom he showed and he was particularly proud of one of them, Kasan, who was not only doing well at shows but my uncle had trained him in obedience to a high level. One weekend there was a show quite local to us in Oslo and we were invited to come along and it was a whole new experience, leaving a lasting impression - I particularily remember the crazy atmosphere around the German Shepherd ring! Pictured above is Sunborne Midnight Brilliant, also known as Pepsi and I just loved her!
